What is the Cosmébio label?

KAZEMI and its rituals are certified Cosmos Organic and are labeled Cosmos Organic by the Cosmébio association.

Here is some information about the Cosmébio association

• Cosmébio is the French association for organic cosmetics. 
• The Cosmébio label allows you to distinguish at a glance which cosmetics are truly natural or organic. It is based on strict specifications and a charter of ethical values. An inspection by an independent certifier is mandatory every year to verify product compliance.
• To affix the Cosmébio label to its packaging, a natural or organic cosmetic must meet certain conditions in terms of composition .

according to the current COSMOS specifications:

On the total product, limitation of petrochemical origin (list of authorized ingredients with maximum dosage), which amounts to in fine at about 95% minimum ingredients of natural origin

95% minimum organic ingredients on all ingredients that can be organic (such as plants, beeswax, milk, etc.)

20% minimum organic ingredients on the total product (10% for rinse-off and mineral products - water and minerals considered non-organic because they are not grown)

Here are the percentages of ingredients from organic farming in each of our rituals:

CHROMATIC (rinsed product) : 26.6% in total from organic farming, 97.5% are organic without water and minerals (sea salt from the Île de Ré).

SANCTUARY (unrinsed product) : 99.2% in total comes from organic farming.

YALDA (unrinsed product) : 99.3% in total comes from organic farming.

ALBA (unrinsed product) : 99% in total comes from organic farming.
