Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
Article 1: Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) apply to all sales of natural-based cosmetic products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) made by KAZEMI Cosmetics, whose registered office is located at 10 Rue des Pâquerettes, 17440 Aytré, France, registered with the Trade and Companies Register under number 937 514 313 00017.
These T&Cs apply to all orders placed through the website, in-store, or via authorised resellers.
Article 2: Acceptance of the T&Cs
Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
The customer acknowledges having read and accepted these T&Cs before placing an order.
Article 3: Products
3.1 Product Description
The Products sold comply with applicable regulations, including the French Public Health Code (Articles L5131-1 and L5131-2) and Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products.
Product descriptions appear on the website and in sales materials, including ingredients, properties, directions for use, and safety precautions.
3.2 Availability
Product offers are valid while displayed on the website, subject to available stock.
If a Product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, KAZEMI Cosmetics will inform the customer by email and may offer a replacement Product or a refund.
Article 4: Prices
4.1 Product Prices
Product prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include all applicable taxes (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2 Price Modifications
KAZEMI Cosmetics reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, orders will be billed based on the prices in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 5: Orders
5.1 Order Process
Orders may be placed online, in-store, or through authorised resellers.
To place an order, the customer must select the desired products, add them to the shopping cart, and follow the checkout process.
5.2 Order Confirmation
After validation, the customer will receive an order confirmation email summarising the ordered products, total price, and delivery details.
Article 6: Payment
6.1 Payment Methods
Payments may be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or any other payment method available on the website.
The customer confirms that they are authorised to use the chosen payment method.
6.2 Payment Security
Online payments are secured using data encryption technology.
KAZEMI Cosmetics does not store customers’ banking information.
Article 7: Delivery
7.1 Delivery Terms
Products will be delivered to the address provided by the customer at the time of order.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier.
7.2 Delivery Fees
Delivery costs are calculated during checkout and are payable by the customer unless otherwise stated.
7.3 Delivery Delays
In the event of a delay, KAZEMI Cosmetics will inform the customer by email.
If delivery exceeds 30 days, the customer may cancel the order.
Article 8: Right of Withdrawal
8.1 Withdrawal Period
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the Products to exercise their right of withdrawal without providing justification.
8.2 How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise this right, the customer must notify KAZEMI Cosmetics by email at contact@kazemicosmetics.com or by post at the address above.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, accompanied by the invoice.
8.3 Return Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of non-conformity or defective Products.
Article 9: Warranties
9.1 Legal Warranty of Conformity
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
In case of non-conformity, the customer may request a refund or replacement.
The customer may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the defect.
9.2 Warranty Against Hidden Defects
Products are also covered by the warranty against hidden defects under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
In the event of a hidden defect, the customer may request a refund or exchange.
Article 10: Liability
KAZEMI Cosmetics cannot be held liable for any indirect damages resulting from the purchase of Products.
The company’s total liability is limited to the amount of the order.
Article 11: Personal Data
11.1 Data Collection
Personal data collected when placing an order is necessary for order processing and management.
Such data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
11.2 Customer Rights
Customers have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data.

Article 12: Amendments to the T&Cs
KAZEMI Cosmetics reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time.
The applicable version is the one in force at the time the order is placed.
Article 13: Governing Law and Disputes
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer should first contact KAZEMI Cosmetics to seek an amicable resolution.
Failing this, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where KAZEMI Cosmetics’ registered office is located.
Article 14: Consumer Mediation
14.1 Mediation
In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute concerning the interpretation or execution of these Terms and Conditions, the customer may refer the matter to a consumer mediator free of charge.

14.2 Mediation Procedure
Before referring the matter to the mediator, the customer must first attempt to resolve the issue directly with KAZEMI Cosmetics by submitting a written complaint.
Mediation is free of charge for the customer.
Article 15: Cosmetic Regulatory Information
15.1 Applicable Regulations
The cosmetic Products marketed by KAZEMI Cosmetics comply with European Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009 on cosmetic products, which sets out requirements regarding safety, labelling, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
15.2 Labelling and Information
In accordance with Article 19 of Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, Products must bear a legible and indelible label indicating, among other things, the name and address of the responsible person, ingredient list, batch number, minimum durability date, and precautions for use.
15.3 Animal Testing
KAZEMI Cosmetics is committed to not testing its Products on animals, in compliance with European legislation prohibiting animal testing for cosmetics.
Article 16: Amendments to the T&Cs
KAZEMI Cosmetics reserves the right to amend these T&Cs at any time. The applicable version is that which is in force at the time of order confirmation.
Article 17: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These T&Cs are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, the customer shall first contact KAZEMI Cosmetics to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent French courts.
