This lip balm is formulated with natural ingredients that are suitable for many skin types, and is suitable for ages 3 and up. However, some sensitive, oily, or acne-prone skin types may react to certain ingredients, such as coconut oil or shea butter, which may be comedogenic. We recommend performing a tolerance test before regular use.
The ingredients of the balm are natural, but as a precaution, we advise pregnant or breastfeeding women to consult a health professional, especially due to the presence of oils or enfleurage which could contain aromatic traces.
Store your lip balm in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. A stable room temperature is ideal to prevent it from melting or deteriorating. Its shelf life is 12 months after opening.
It is normal for your balm to experience variations in texture and hardness. This is due to changes in ambient temperature. It may soften in heat (above 21 degrees) and harden if placed in a cooler location (below 18 degrees).
Please note that beeswax may crystallize on the top layer of your balm. This does not affect the many beneficial properties of this balm and is a testament to its purity.
Expired balm may have an unpleasant odor. If you notice any of these signs, it's best to stop using it. Also, check the expiration date on the packaging.
The label on the jar is made of coated paper, making it water and oil resistant. The label underneath is made of FSC-certified paper, a sustainable and environmentally friendly material. It is also water and oil resistant, but not completely waterproof. Over time, it may therefore show signs of wear—a deliberate choice in our responsible design approach.
